Meet Southern Roots Collective

Hi Friends!

If we haven’t met yet, let me take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Liz, owner of Southern Roots Collective.

Just to tell you a little about myself, I’m a Mom, interior designer, & practice manager.

Life is BUSY in every sense of the word!

Imagine going on a road trip and 4 hours into driving realize you forgot your luggage... that’s my life in a nutshell-

A constant teeter totter between progress and panic... in other words, what us Moms call “Tuesday”. Henry Rollins said it best, “You need a little bit of insanity to do great things.”

I truly believe that just like most things in life, business is an evolutionary process with strides built from trial and error. For me, it works best in its own creative process. However messy it may look to someone else, molds together in its own unique and beautiful way.

This whole thing came about through sharing renovations of my home. What began as a hobby quickly rooted into my biggest passion.

In June 2020 I took the leap and started Southern Roots Interiors. It was more recently that I opted for a name change to Southern Roots Collective to align with future business goals. I want to build a brand; specific to design & home interiors that also touches on real life + family + diy
